A three storey residential complex comprising; 38 residential one, two and three bedroom apartments (including 15 affordable) and a Tesco Express store on the ground floor. Planning permission granted June 2009.

The Ruxley lane project also received a design commendation from Epsom & Ewell Borough Council. Project designed by Darran Waite (Taliesin Director) whilst working for the Wigley Fox Partnership.
Meadvale Road - Rumney
A new build development of four affordable homes in Rumney, Cardiff.
Planning permission was granted February 2012. Project completion - December 2012
Greenview Avenue - Croydon
The design and construction of a new 40 bed elderly care home in Croydon. The development is organised over part two and three storeys with additional roof-space accommodation, landscaped / sensory communal gardens and associated parking provision.
Butter Hill - Carshalton
Re-development of an existing disused site in Carshalton, Sutton for the provision of 26 affordable dwellings comprising five 4 bedroom two storey terraced houses with roof accommodation and a three storey building comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self contained apartments.
Butterhill - Carshalton
The Butterhill project was designed by Darran Waite (Taliesin Director) whilst working for the Wigley Fox Partnership. Project completed - April 2011
Eco - homes - Redhill
Design proposals for a residential developer involving the demolition of a pair of dilapidated 1930's detached houses in Surrey to allow for the creation of 4 eco family homes to be designed & constructed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes level 5 standard.
Victoria Works - Feltham
The design and construction of 73 affordable one, two and three bedroom apartments in Feltham, Middlesex. Project designed by Darran Waite (Taliesin Director) whilst working for the Wigley Fox Partnership. Project completed November 2008.
Low - cost housing - Swansea
Feasibility study for a prototypical small housing development in Swansea, which utilises recyclable and readily sourced local building materials such as profiled steel sheeting, synthetic slate wall cladding and waste construction timber. The 2 and 3 bed houses are expected to cost less than £800 per sq.m to construct.
